I am a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor working one-to-one with adults from my private practice rooms located in the Greater Manchester area, and with online or telephone clients based anywhere in the UK and beyond.

Everyone needs to be seen and heard, and to feel truly understood by another person. We all benefit from knowing we have someone on our side who can be trusted to support us in adversity and help us to find our way when we are searching how to go forward in our lives.

Whether you just need to talk things through with someone outside your situation or if you need help to heal and recover from past hurts, you can do so safely with me in complete confidence and without judgement.
